Frequently Asked Questions

Made-to-order items (printed apparel, custom photo designs and handmade biothane collars and leashes) ship within 3 to 5 business days. In-stock items such as chews, treats and bling collars usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. We're at dog shows many weekends, so orders placed during a show may ship a day or two later.

We ship within the United States by USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address.

Because most of our items are custom or made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at judy@wiggledogz.com or 815-980-4802 and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our shirts and hoodies are unisex sizes. See the size charts for the measurements of each garment. The easiest way to choose is to measure a shirt you already like and compare.

Design sizes vary but are approximately 10 to 12 inches wide.

Some designs only show up well on light shirts and others on dark ones, so each design offers the garment colors it looks good on.

Choose your garment, color and size on the custom design page, upload a clear, bright photo of your dog and add any notes. We'll email you if we need anything before we make it.

Yes. We make custom lengths at $2.50 per foot. Send us a message with the length, width and colors you'd like.
